My professional career began in the late 1970s with the Ministry of Housing in Libya, where I gained valuable international exposure in construction supervision, project execution, and multidisciplinary engineering practices.
Over the past 45 years, I have had the privilege of working with international contractors, consultants, telecommunications organizations, and technology providers on a wide range of projects across different sectors. These experiences strengthened my belief that sustainable success comes from professionalism, continuous learning, and delivering quality without compromise.
This vision led to the establishment of Concept Engineers Ltd. and later, in 2001, the formation of Concept Power Electronics. Since then, we have been dedicated to providing reliable power protection solutions, including UPS systems, voltage stabilizers, battery systems, solar solutions, preventive maintenance services, and technical consultancy to clients throughout Bangladesh.
Today, we are proud to serve organizations in the banking, telecommunications, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. The trust placed in us by our valued clients continues to inspire us to innovate, improve, and uphold the highest standards of service and support.

Mr. Ismail is a highly experienced and accomplished finance professional with extensive expertise in Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Compliance, Audit, and Strategic Advisory, having worked with leading multinational organizations.
